Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following terms and conditions:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 (two) days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of use.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned with the product.
• Every exchange request is subject to inspection and approval by the Auliro Quality Assurance Team.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or variant is unavailable, our Customer Support Team will assist you with a suitable alternative.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Auliro will arrange the exchange free of charge, including shipping costs.
• Exchanges are available only for the same product (size or color, subject to availability).
• Products purchased during discounts, promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

At Auliro, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for successfully delivered orders.

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

• A prepaid order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Auliro.
• Auliro is unable to process or fulfill a confirmed prepaid order.
• The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.

Important Information

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the exchange is required due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Auliro.
• Auliro reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
