Exchange Policy

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, free from stains, odors, damage, or any signs of use.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be returned with the product.
Every exchange request is subject to inspection and approval by the Auliro Quality Assurance Team.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or variant is unavailable, our Customer Support Team will assist you with a suitable alternative.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Auliro will arrange the exchange free of charge, including shipping costs.
Exchanges are available only for the same product (size or color, subject to availability).
Products purchased during discounts, promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

At Auliro, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for successfully delivered orders.

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

A prepaid order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Auliro.
Auliro is unable to process or fulfill a confirmed prepaid order.
The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.

Important Information

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the exchange is required due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Auliro.
